Walter Ernest is the Chief Executive Officer of Wallet Global Limited, Abuja, with a background in business leadership, strategic partnerships and organisational growth. As Partnerships & Fundraising Adviser, he guides the Foundation's efforts to build high-impact collaborations and develop sustainable funding, drawing on his expertise in stakeholder engagement to expand its reach and impact for vulnerable children and young people.

Ibrahim Abukakar
Health
Ibrahim Birma Abubakar is a pharmacist and healthcare professional serving as Chief Executive Officer of Bukar Dirima, with experience in healthcare leadership and community wellbeing. As Healthcare Adviser, he guides the Foundation's health and wellbeing initiatives, helping ensure vulnerable children have access to quality healthcare, preventive services and holistic support.

Emily Olayemi Oladipupo is a Chartered Accountant and experienced banking professional with expertise in financial management, audit and corporate governance. As Finance & Audit Adviser, she guides the Foundation's financial stewardship and risk management, helping ensure it operates with transparency, integrity and long-term sustainability.
Joseph Ayoleke - Youth Engagement Lead
Joseph Ayoleke is a qualified Physiotherapist and Computer Science student with a passion for technology, innovation and youth empowerment. Representing the Foundation's next generation of leaders, he combines healthcare knowledge with digital skills to inspire and engage young people. A member of the third-place team at the 2024 Hackathon, he brings creativity and problem-solving to the Foundation's mission of driving social impact through innovation.
Dr Mike Osarogie Ikponmwen - Strategic Programme Adviser
Dr Mike Osarogie Ikponmwen is a Science educator and geoscientist with over 15 years' experience in secondary and higher education across Nigeria and the UK, specialising in Physics, AI in Education, inclusive teaching and SEND support. He holds a PhD in Geophysics along with certifications in AI for Education, safeguarding and child mental health. He brings expertise in curriculum development, teacher mentoring and building inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive.
